All orders are processed within 10 business days. Should there be any delays, due to high volume orders, we will notify you by email.
Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.
Once your order has been placed, you will receive a shipment confirmation.
Mount Vaunt is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes, etc.).
Mad River is not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping. If you received your order damaged, please contact the shipment carrier or our support team directly to file a claim. Please save all packaging material and damaged goods before filing a claim.

If you have any problems with your order, please contact us within 3 days of delivery, providing photo evidence via hello@mountvaunt.com of any defects so we can assist you further. Your item must be in the same condition that you received it. Including the original packaging.
Prints are custom made on a per order basis. We can't accept returns or offer a refund for change of mind. If a product (more specifically a fine art print) is faulty, we would be happy to send a replacement at no extra cost or provide a refund within a 14 day period of delivery. Goods that are exempt from being refunded include downloadable software products (presets), and gift cards. Although presets are unable to be refunded, your purchase will never expire and you can re-download them at any time. If you are approved for a refund, a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.
Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately sale items cannot be refunded.
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. We can't accept returns or offer a refund for change of mind. If you need us to exchange a damaged product, please send us an email at hello@mountvaunt.com
If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, a gift certificate will be emailed to you.
If the item wasn’t marked as a gift when purchased, or the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves to give to you later, we will send a refund to the gift giver.
